Attempted to book a table there. Tel no on their website was the hotel one which took several minutes to be answered. I was then told that I would be transferred to the restaurant. Having held on waiting for call to be answered I gave up!

Just popped in for food on way home, as usual the most friendly staff possible.

Breakfast jam is in a dispenser and is awful. I appreciate plastic free but something like Wilkin and Sons Tiptree jam is glass and metal so fully recyclable. Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options for breakfast but no vegetarian sausage options that I was made aware of.

We stayed at Novotel and the restaurant was awesome. Loved the staff.. specially Sabina and Lit and Catia. Kids love them and wanna visit them next year..
