Really lovely time here, busy on a Sunday morning but lovely. The food isn't cheap, but nothing is these days. Best part of £50 for breakfast for 4 people, 4 drinks. (2 adults 2 kids). The food was cooked really well, my only downside is I'd have liked slightly more on the breakfast, two sausages, two hashbrowns. But I won't take anything away from the score as it really was enjoyable. Dogs allowed, kid friendly, nice courtyard area, friendly staff. Will be returning for sure.
My wife & I stumbled upon this quaint restaurant & surrounding art/craft shops & found a hidden treasure. We only had hot drinks, which were very nice, so unfortunately not able to rate the food. We both thought it was a lovely place, super service, with special mention for Hannah who looked after us with a warm welcome & cheerful smile. We will happily visit again to try a nice lunch.
Came on a busy Saturday and our group had a large bench in the courtyard - such. great spot! Table service was quick and the staff were attentive and had good chat. The menu was extensive which is normally a red flag for me: but the coffee and meals we all had were banging! Check out the pottery sheds and carpentry work while you wait. Car park is free and just out of Bournemouth it's easy access without schlepping deep into the Purbecks. Some cycled and it was a lovelyyyy way to see somewhere new!
I was impressed by the quality of the food and the service was excellent. A top quality cafe with a varied and imaginative menu.
Interesting little courtyard crafts. Nice meals and snaxks
