Me and My family went for dinner to celebrate my Wife's Birthday. We ordered a Mocktail for daughter they forgot. I called manager and ordered a pastry post food so we can celebrate birthday but they forgot that also. No customer importance. No customer priority and no regret. Later when I informed one lady apologised for the miss and said will give it to you while we were leaving and took my number saying we will call back. No call received Poor experience shall avoid in future and will ask peers and friends also to avoid

I went for spa and dinein services and it was worth it 🥳💞
