The Coffee Studio

Since 2007, The Coffee Studio has been Andersonville's modern, independent espresso bar focused on expertly crafting delicious drinks and snacks from fresh, locally roasted coffees and simple, flavorful ingredients. In 2022, the founders sought out another local coffee company to be acquired by in order to keep the company alive and to keep it local. Pedestrian Coffee, a Chicago coffee roasting company with two other locations proved to be a match. Because of the success of the founders, Lee and Miguel, in creating such a staple in the neighborhood, we kept the name the same.
