It has really gone down hill. I enjoyed coming here when the employees would be cheerful and remember you, but it has changed immensely

I ordered a s’mores frappe… I’m so confused as to what I got… this is literally whipped cream with mocha drizzle… no coffee? No nothing??? I’ve gotten this before and it was so good, but this time the vibe was off and I get this… we didn’t have enough time to turn back and ask them to remake whatever it is they gave me.
I have been going to this place since they opened. It is one of the best coffee stops on my way to work and I love going to this shop. However, in the last several months, service has really gone downhill. A few months ago they didn't have lids to serve hot coffee. There has recently been a large turnover of employees. Now employees are complaining openly to patrons about their work. I can get a cup of coffee anywhere, but I previously really enjoyed the service I received at this shop (like employees knowing my order and preparing it when I walk in the door). It's hard to go from that to employees not even finding an item in their system to be able to process it. Please fix this problem or you will probably lose a lot of patrons, especially at the two schools next door!
