The store does not go by the times listed. I visited this location 30minutes before they are listed to close and the doors were locked. The lights were on so I stood there for a couple minutes thinking that maybe they weren’t actually closed, but I didn’t see anyone come out. When I got back to my car, and began to pull out of the lot, I saw people come from the back kitchen and start doing things in the front. I get wanting to be out by a certain time, but this was not 10-15 minutes before closing, this was a whole half hour. If the hours are not correct they should be changed, that way people can go somewhere else.
This is the Coffee Bean closest to my home. I’ve been coming here for years, even before their remodel and expansion. It’s always been staffed well with friendly, helpful, warm and welcoming people. I guess my only complaint is that these nice people eventually move on, but they are replaced by more great staff. Today I was helped by trainee Dayra, and she seems like she will be a great addition to the team.
Today I thought to report to the community that nowadays I get 5-star service from Billy, and from Kaley. I love how they make me feel at home, and like how they are always happy to help. They remember my drink, and always prepare my Americano just right—never bitter.
I love this location. Large dining room. Plenty of seating and parking. Clean restrooms, clean everything.

The young lady who took my order refused to scan my rewards app. Instead she handed me a receipt and I was told I had to do it myself at the website when I had to app open on my phone right in front of her. If she's too lazy to do her job you might not want to keep her on your register.

Showed up this morning to try to get my fix for coffee
First of all, as I walked in to the cashier, she gave me the most nastiest attitude ever. You would expect somebody to greet you, but instead, she gave a major attitude when I asked a simple question . When I was waiting for my drink, you could feel the hostile enviroment. The barista was absolutely rude. I asked for a cold chai tea latte instead, I got a warm chai tea latte when I went back and asked for a little more ice she rudely said she would have to charge me or she can give me a tiny cup of ice.
I used to work for coffee Bean, and it’s really sad to see that the customer service has really gone down. I guess this is the new normal way to get treated at a coffee shop
The store manager is fat and bald with crooked teeth who thinks his own jokes are funny…..never coming back here again
This is probably the worst coffee I have ever had. Which is insane because it is supposed to be masked by sugar anyways. I got the cookie butter blended drink and it is so awful. I highly recommend avoiding it.
Great coffee! The pastries are overpriced for pre-bagged, microwaved manufactured food.
I ordered a drink and mindlessly didn’t complete my checkout process so when I walked away, the cashier helped themselves to generous tip! That’s stealing and completely unacceptable. My review is not for the drinks, it’s for my customer service experience.
