The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

My daughter and I met some friends here . I got a lemonade and she got a wrap and plant based brownie. She love them both . The staff was great . Lots of customers in a small place . That’s not for me , I don’t care crowded places . Not anything they it’s just . I would definitely go back but I would sit outside. Vegetarian options: Plant based brownie was great !! Couldn’t tell it any different from regular brownie.

Atheena at the register was very rude. If you don't like your job, just stay home. People like that make me find a new place to go. I hate being treated like dog poo

Been going to the Coffee Bean for many, many years. Very relaxing, as opposed to Starbucks.

Service here is great, all the team members (except for one of the male managers) are all very kind and prompt. The only thing is they get a lot of doordash orders, and on a busy morning those people will just grab whatever is waiting for pickup without checking the name. Almost every time I've ordered food with a coffee for my own pickup order, I've watched a random doordash driver grab my food from the barista before they can even say anything. And if it's busy you can't really flag someone down and show them your order on your phone, haha. Apart from that, which they can't really help, there are no issues! This is the best coffee shop in town.

I LOVE COFFEE BEAN!, but the Location in Palmdale has horrible customer service most of the time. I never know if I am going to get a nice employee or a rude one. Another thing this location has is a RUDE Manager (Mike). Whenever he takes my order he refuses to add the extra ice on my drink and just tells the barista or doesn't even mention it.I've had my I order get messed up more than once. Just today 10/11/23, I asked for a cream cap and the girl taking my order said that they didn't have any and it was going to take 1hour to make it. Now I don't know if it takes an hour because I have never made it but I did notice that the online orders had the cream cap added. (Right as waited for my drink) I never complain because it's the only location nearby and I don't want then spitting in my drink; but enough is enough. I think I am just going to start going to another location. I am not asking for free stuff. If you want to charge for the ice then do it, I don't mind paying for it, but don't act like I am asking for free stuff. NOW don't get me wrong Coffee bean has amazing coffee drinks and teas way better than starbucks, unfortunately this location has very poor customer service.
