Good food and great service from the friendly helpful staff always busy.
Really good and I have been visiting here for 11 years now. Service is excellent and for anyone who can't carry their tray to their table, then the staff are super helpful and very friendly Dietary restrictions: Main meals they have a few options like cottage pie, carvery roast, ham, egg and chips. Just make sure you mention gluten free if you have the carvery roast as the staff will then make sure to give you all the parts of the carvery roast that doesn't contain gluten. Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible with a ramp to get into the restaurant and then level access internally. It can get very busy at peak times like lunchtime for example but the staff are super helpful and very friendly
Excellent breakfasts every time been here for years and have never been anything but happy with quality of food .. plus the cakes are the best locally .. go and enjoy Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is a slope so good access
We love the clippers lovely meals drinks great service Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp going in and use the same ramp coming out plenty of room In there to get around my mum in a wheelchair
A really good variety of very good home cooked food at realistic prices. Great salads, the best stuffed baked potatoes anywhere, carvery, pastries, cakes, great tea and coffees I could go on and on. If you're hungry (even if you're not) there will be something there that will tickle your fancy. I'm not even going to talk about the fantastic breakfasts. All this and so many memories from growing up. The Clipper is to me what makes the Dolphin Centre or should I really say the Arndale Centre. It's a fantastic place, great view, lots and lots of seating just for me a very strong memory of the 1970's that's still there and only there because frankly it's so good. Love it.
Me and my mum love coming here for breakfast and dinner and we love it and it such a clean and nice environment and such a relief after covid it was open!
