Buena comida tradicional en un ambiente típico
Lovely little pub with very friendly staff (thank you Karla). One of the most tasty Sunday roasts I have ever tried!
not too bad a meal. It was a nice approach to a Sunday roast having the smoked brisket. Roast potatoes were gorgeous. Overall presentation did lack a bit and you could feel a kitchen wasn’t on form that day but the overall food on the plate was not bad at all, just a shame as you can see the dish could of been stunning. Only a star away from five stars as I prefer my beef rare, and my vegetables a bit more forthcoming. lovely staff who opened up about their story. good luck to you all.
Abbiamo mangiato benissimo- sunday roast eccellente- locale tipico e personale molto simpatici Vegetarian options: Non so perché di domenica fanno solo il sunday roast
Made a booking for 6 adults and a child for Sunday lunch knowing that work such a big party we would struggle to find somewhere to accommodate us. They confirmed they could do half an hour later than we asked for not when we turned up they apologised but said they didn't confirm the booking in their diary and didn't have a table for us. Sorry didn't cut it. They didn't even seam bothered
We arranged a family gathering for a Sunday roast at the Clarendon. We started with 10, ended up with 24 of us - pretty much taking over the whole pub. Caleb was brilliant helping us arrange everything, preordering made it run smoothly and we were all served in good time. Everyone said how delicious the food was, a really outstanding dinner and a very memorable occasion. Thank you!
Not the best roast. It was ok. But a bit underwhelming. We were all left hungry by the small portion. Meat was good but the veg wasn’t great. Better spend your money elsewhere or cook your own. The dessert was overpriced and small portion.
