The Cherry Pit Cafe and Pie Shop

1st time visiting here. Local staple so close to home. I can't believe i had not been here yet. Small place great Staff, really really good food. Had the potroast omlett.. real good. !

Thumbs up all the way. Good is great people are pretty cool. Never dined in but always a great experience. Try their bacon egg cheese croissant

The food I've had is pretty good Southern style. Fair prices. The benches in the dining area are in very rough shape and should be removed IMO.

Was super excited about a place that specializes in chicken pot pie. But was pretty disappointed. The crust was not good. The filling was bland and the chicken reminded me way too much of canned chunky chicken. I would not get that again. Sides were good. Milkshake was okay. My husband got the burger sliders and was happy with those. People aren't lying about the counting the French fries. He probably got about 15. I would try other things on the menu probably, eventually.

Had a burger and fries topped off with a slice of cheese cake. Very good service and nice atmosphere. Definitely will visit again.

Finally ordered the po5 roast...half of the meat was fat & meat bland...gravy was not from the meat drippings...cornbread tasted like & had the consistency of

The food here is delicious. The breakfast is really tasty.
