The Chef

Food was great, very interesting variety for choices. Coffees fresh, would recommend coming here for a breakfast for sure!

Always stop at the Chef when in town. plan ahead. I get here right at 7am. No wait. 8am is packed but go! Chef for breakfast when in Manhattan. Excellent food. Had and bloody Mary and the BUENOS DIAS FRITTATA, Chorizo sausage, pico de gallo and jack cheese baked with three eggs and served with sour cream and chipotle sauce on the side.

Great service, fun atmosphere, delicious food!

Love everything I've tried here! The food is consistently delicious. They have great drinks too! They are always busy, having worked in restaurants before, I think they could utilize their space a little better. Very hometown hole in the wall vibes. (Obvs the best vibes!) Hopefully one day they can build out their spot to be bigger and add a little more ambience. Until then, we will be sure to wait for the well worth it eats!

Great. Update 6/25/2021- Even better than I remember. Definitely recommend the Crab Cake Bennie with the Homestyle Potatoes. Enjoyed them on the patio. Grab a t-shirt while you're there!
