The Cheesecake Factory

Cheesecake Factory is always consistent, delicious, fresh and always a happy place. Highlight of the meal was definitely the appetizers Fried Mac n cheese and Thai lettuce wraps. Cobb salad is always a pleaser too… although one little thing… Cheesecake Factory gives a free cake on your birthday month through the rewards but despite their attempts it didn’t work out … truly a shame it would have been a great way to finish off the meal.

The server was very unpleasant and . The food came out wrong. I went on a trip... but I felt bad and couldn't sleep. My 16 year old son and I visited for a late dinner. Maybe it's because it's late, or maybe it's because I'm a traveler. He guided me to a corner. It was fine until then. However, perhaps because it was late, no one passed by even after waiting for over 10 minutes. So I called a waiter who was far away. But suddenly a woman came up to us and asked, ‘What’s going on? I'm in charge of the table here, why did you call someone else? She started to get irritated. So the son ‘waited a long time’. When I said, ‘Just give me water,’ she raised her voice like she was her grandmother. It hasn’t even been 5 minutes since you guys came!! She spoke in an unpleasant way. She continued speaking as if she was scaring the child. She shouted to wait. Then she said she wasn't feeling well and she switched to another server. But we felt very bad. It was late and I was really hungry, so I ordered food. but. There were no ingredients for the food, so I asked again and they gave me the wrong one. I showed him the photo again and asked for it, and only then did he bring it to me. This place again requires waitress training. It's a place I never want to go to again. A server who rudely tells you that they talked to someone other than themselves doesn't deserve to work!!!

After my twins graduation, we went for a celebration late lunch. My crispy pineapple chicken and shrimp were soggy. The beer batter didn't go well. I only got 5 small shrimps and chicken bites with a small rice portion. The rest was all vegetables. My son got the chicken parm pizza style. It was a huge serving. Pasta could have used more sauce. It was dry since the parm had minimal sauce and cheese. Korean fried chicken was the best dish out of the 5. The fried zucchini sticks were a big no. It was over fried to almost burnt. They were darker than their brown bread. They did thinly sliced instead of sticks, so you tasted only the batter. The factory nachos had almost no cheese, the whole point of nachos. My twins each got a cheesecake to go. The size was half of what I got in December for my birthday. It was very disappointing for a bill of over $200.00. The server never came back once we got our food until getting the check. We all sat with empty glasses. I had to get another waiter to find our server. I didn't take pictures at the table. We were celebrating but wished I did.

I ordered factory nachos and flatbread pizza. I asked for some extra cheese and they charged us 7.95 $ Which is complete unfair. I’ve had the same in Dallas Texas and they never me charged me extra for cheese. Not only this we were leaving tip but the manager in Washington he did not give us our change .62 back as we paid in cash. Our bill was 50.38 Never coming back here
