The Cheesecake Factory

We always love Cheesecake factory. But this one at Liberty Town Center is our Favorite!

The food was the only thing that saved our experience. We waited 10 minutes for our server. She didn't know what a vodka martini over ice was, and I waited 1/2 through our salad before I received it. I had to ask where our entrees were, and she never asked anyone for refills on their drinks. With our bill $160 for 4 people, I expected better service. Cheesecake Factory's are looking dated and the menu has never been updated. I will not be back!

The food came out luke warm, was exposed to get my cheesecake for free for my birthday since I'm a rewards member. I gave the waitress my phone number to make sure it came off, and guess what, it didn't! The waitress didn't seem to care either saying, they didn't have anything to do with it!! That's not right!!!

The Gumbo is delicious, and I will definitely be going back for more. For true Louisiana Style Gumbo in Southwest Ohio this is the best I have found. I have eaten at Cheesecake Factory quite a few times and I have never had bad service and the food has never been less than excellent.

The lettuce wraps were very good but the breakfast burrito was just ok. We would get the lettuce wraps again! Portions are large-we were too full for dessert. Service and atmosphere were both great. We sat outside on the covered patio and the weather was perfect. The strawberry shortcake is big enough to share with several people (3-4 at least).

What a great experience! My vegetarian hubby was over the top, happy with his food choices. Awesome ingredients in the veggie burger. Vegetarian options: Veggie burger and cauliflower app amazing!

The food is good, the server was very knowledgeable and friendly but it was just too dark in there for me. I know they're trying to set a ambiance but if you can't even read the menu what what's the point. And the prices are outrageous. I know that they're cheesecake tastes phenomenal but is not worth the price.
