The Cheesecake Factory

You simply cannot go wrong with The Cheesecake Factory. There are so many options from which to choose and cooked within specialist kitchens. The comprehensive menu covers many cuisines and each tastes wonderful. The prices are steep (you get what you pay for) and the calories count in the thousands. However, their Skinnylicious menu tops around 500 calories and tastes equally good.

Today, I was very excited to try the cheesecake at this place. After buying a piece of cheesecake and juice, I wanted to sit outside in front of the shop. However, the waitress spoke to me in a loud and impolite tone about sitting there. I was shocked, as I didn’t know that people who want to sit outside need to ask the waitress for a menu instead of ordering directly inside. Her behavior made me feel uncomfortable, so I just went inside to get my order and leave. It was frustrating to face this as a first-time customer, especially with many empty chairs available. I believe the experience would have been better if she had spoken politely and calmly. Anyway, this was my first and likely last experience with The Cheesecake Factory. Dr. Afrah

My friends and I went here earlier today on Tuesday oct 29th and were extremely disappointed. As teenagers I understand the stigma around us being loud and unruly however we weren’t and instead were profiled by our server. Before I go on, the food was actually quite good, however it was the service that we received that was horrible. Our server Louis, was incredibly rude as he was ignoring our table, never responded when we said thank you or anything that wasn’t taking our order (questions, comments, etc), and just bluntly had an attitude towards us. I try and give people the benefit of the doubt, and an generally very fair, however when we look over at him serving other tables and he’s cheery, taking their order, bringing them extra bread, drinks, and actually attending to their table more than once, me and my friends felt profiled. Another server who wasn’t even ours did a far better job than he did in the whole time, when he came over a couple of times to give us the things we actually asked for. To make it worse, once the waiter that wasn’t ours came over to Louis to tell him, he “did better” by refilling my drink. That’s it. The whole time he took our order, and refilled my drink. He didn’t ask us anything and again, never responded back when we asked questions or anything. I would understand this behavior maybe if we did something like: have an attitude towards him, be rude, be loud, even if we took forever to order, or respond, but no, we literally were all calm and respectful towards him the whole time. To top it all off, when we went to pay and didn’t leave a tip, he seemed incredibly offended, and I get it to a certain degree, but when you act disrespectful, rude, and genuinely don’t even do your job, I don’t know what you would expect. It’s really a shame too, because we are actually very good tippers that had he: done his job, give us a decent experience, we most likely would’ve tipped around 40$. But again, we felt disrespected, profiled, and it really just ruined the vibe. To give management credit, we did speak to the manager afterwards which seemed to be a pretty chill dude, that seemed to care enough to actually bring it up to him afterwards which was nice. Overall though, i felt like we would’ve had a far better experience if not for this, as again the food and most of the other servers were great. Really a shame.

We love this restaurant, but the check-in staff has always seemed a bit rude and unwelcoming. Initially, we asked the front desk for a table outside for eight people, but she said it was impossible, so we agreed to have two separate tables. We waited for an hour and ended up with tables inside. We left because it was too noisy, especially with a newborn. They are always extremely unorganized. Definitely need to improve.

Very disappointed by our recent visit. Food was nice but the service was awful. Waiting ages for a table and Then to be served. Not what I've come to expect of the cheesecake factory

Muy buena la comida, las riba de maíz muy deliciosa, tacos thai ricos y saludables, los calamares siempre muy ricos y porciones correctas. La atención fue rápida y servicial.

We had made reservations for 6 people initially, but due to last minute additions not forseen, the management was able to accomodate us. The service was amazing. Our waiter Rafa was very attentive and helped us celebrate a friends birthday. Thanks to Rafa, we were able to surprise her with an oreo cheesecake and an extra goodie for her to try. Definately will be returning to celebrate more occasions. Thank you very much Rafa and management staff!
