Second time going . This time was worse. Avocado egg rolls soggy. Mac and cheese balls raw AGAIN . The best thing was the free brown bread

As usual very nice ambience and good food. Just waiting time was 45 mins.

We really enjoyed going here after we relocated to this area. Last couple of times were not worth the money. One time they ran out of coca cola. One time we waited for a hour only to receive cold food, the manager took care of us and all was fine. But it is really repeatable in getting the meal not hot. Might give it another try

Zero stars. Got told it would be an hour and a half wait. Took around 2 hours 15 minutes. We sat for 40 minutes waiting for our food until I had to ask where it was and my family’s pasta was immediately brought out but looked and tasted like it’d been under a heat lamp. They hadn’t brought my burger out and after another 10 minutes waiting on it the waiter says there was an error and it should be ready in a couple minutes. 5 more minutes and the manager comes out and says they took it to the wrong table and it will be another few minutes??? After 20 minutes my family’s halfway done because they were starving and my burgers finally brought out. Honestly it was the worst burger I’ve had yet in Charlotte I’d put a Big Mac above this it was so dry, overcooked, and bland. We didn’t even order cheesecake because we knew it would be another 30 minute wait and we didn’t want to give them another cent. Manager comped the burger and gave empty sorry’s but completely unacceptable from a restaurant. Never going back. TLDR; Horrible wait time, even worse service, and bland food

The place is unbelievable. It is cozy and electrifying at the same time. The staff are friendly and cheerful. I ordered a cucumber limonada. The flavor was balanced. No too sweet no too sour. I think it was worth to try it. My hamburger was kind of disappointing and the sweet French fries as well. It tasted like a stylized hamburger. I wish it had more flavor and more juice. The appetizer and the cheese cake dessert was also ok. No memorable at all.

11th year anniversary here, had never been before. Had a great experience will certainly be back.

Food was okay at best. Service was good, we had a reservation for 7pm, and they upheld their end of the deal. Kinda surprised this is some of the finest the area has to offer, seems like fine dining has become casual dining. I would not pay what we did again for this quality of food. The chicken was good and well cooked for 3 of our orders despite other reviews, the Mac and cheese was extremely bland, the burger was not good and fries were cold. We finished the meal with strawberry cheesecake, which was really good.
