Mar 2024: Food was pretty good. All of our utensils were dirty though but they got us new ones. Its quite busy so be prepared to wait.

Calories in the Mexican salad was very high. All the items are high in calories. Need to have more lower calorie vegetarian/vegan options which are filling. You don't want to spend $ 20 bucks on a salad and be hungry 2 hours later. Vegetarian options: Limited. Calorie dense.

Good service. Predictable food. Nice place to eat at the mall for sit-down service.

Horrible costumer service.. they don’t care at all for your business. Very arrogant host. We were a party of 10 and we all left very disappointed after being at the bar for 20 minutes without nobody acknowledge us. The bartender didn’t even care to ask us if we wanted to have drinks while we were waiting for our table. We came to plaza azteca instead! I used to love coming here for brunch. I will not coming again. Bye bye Cheesecake Factory!

Mauricio, excellent service with a smile. Prompt, welcoming, efficient, calm, and collected. Visited with grandmothers. Mauricio was nice, friendly, and attentive. The food took a while to come out, and mostly all the dishes were great. The Thai Chicken salad was tasty, but the chicken was dry (a bit over grilled). All the other dishes were tasty and properly cooked. We had a drink at the bar while we waited for our table. The bartender made a perfect Mai Tai but seemed to have been a bit overwhelmed. This location is usually very busy, and at times, the bartenders and hostesses come off as stressed. This was the case during Sunday afternoon when we visited. I highly recommend the choices under the Skinnylicious Menu.
