The Cave at Gervasi Vineyard

We had the best wine tasting experience here! The wine was amazing and we got personalized wine tasting education that was fun, super informative, and laid back. Highly recommend, especially for wine tasting beginners!

In just five short minutes, we found ourselves completely enchanted by the Cave at Gervasi. If we were fortunate enough to be locals, we'd make it a daily retreat. The ambiance is the epitome of cool and serene, not to mention impeccably clean. Yet, what truly sets this place apart is the captivating people who work there. Their knowledge of wine surpasses even the sommeliers we encountered in Sonoma and Napa, and their genuine kindness and fun-loving spirit add a magical touch. We CANNOT wait to return!

Went to The Cave for the wine tasting and tour experience with my parents for a Christmas gift. Overwhelmingly impressed with the experience. Wine is always good at Gervasi but was particularly impressed with the staff that led the experience. Shoutout to Jim and Lisa! Absolutely would encourage wine drinkers to go experience this as a date or even as a group event. Stayed after the tour and tasting for another glass of wine and we left with a case. 10/10 would recommend. Bravo to Gervasi for adding another great experience for people in Stark County!

I’m so impressed with the cave and the knowledgeable staff. We had a wine tasting experience and it was top notch! From the amazing wine and snacks to the phenomenal decor, they really have outdone themselves. The attention to details in the entire property are superb! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxury getaway experience! Make sure you tour the grounds, what beauty!

We had a great time at The Cave for my moms birthday. We set up a 3pm reservation on OpenTable and had 12 people in our group. The table was all set when we arrived and Darlene greeted us. The tasting included four wines and a large charcuterie board with meat, cheese, pickles, olives and crackers. Darlene took us through all the wines and gave us pairing selections. She was very knowledgeable and went through everything at our pace. The table was in a semi-private area so it was perfect for a birthday party. There were a few beer drinkers and non-wine drinkers in our group, but everyone had a good time. If anyone wanted to try more wines or purchase bottles, they were able to add on right at the table. After the tasting we were able to get a table at The Piazza for a casual outside dinner. The food and service were great. Huge portions and they offer a wide selection of beverages, not just wine. The only thing they could do better is offer a package with The Cave and a dinner reservation together. We got lucky and were able to get a table right away, but there could’ve been a long wait if we came a little later. There was a wedding and the Bistro was fully booked, so I highly recommend planning in advance. Hoping to return to stay in a villa and experience the spa!

An amazing addition to an already stellar winery experience. We had already tasted most of the wines that we wanted to try so we opted for a glass of the Barile Collection - Cabernet Sauvignon Aged in Bourbon Barrels. Our favorite one that we tried!

Awesome new space to experience the charm and character that Gervasi offers. Would definitely recommend checking out The Cave for wine tasting or booking the space for a party!
