The Cascades

Known for hearty sandwiches, fresh salads and friendly service, The Cascades is now under new ownership. While the Warren Street storefront is closed, we have reopened as a food truck. We know you loved The Cascades and we did, too! That’s why we’ve retained have much of the menu and worked side-by-side with the previous owners to learn the precise recipes and ingredients. Our mobile venture allows for a fusion of flavors on the move, featuring familiar favorites, while embracing the spontaneity of street food. The Cascades is your place for a quality artisan sandwich. We’re close to Hudson’s antique shops, galleries, and stores—Olana, the American Museum of Firefighting and the Amtrak station.
