I have eaten here on many occasions and the staff are really friendly and helpful a big thankyou to Rachel for clearing our table and making us feel welcome Lovely breakfasts and good Sunday lunches.

The worst place I have ever been for service, one person behind the bar taking all orders, food and drinks, ok, but after taking the order has too the drinks as well so anyone wanting a drink first and then order food has to wait in line, what made it worse there was staff behind the bar saying sorry you have to queue, I am staying at The Premier Inn and there staff cannot do enough to help you, maybe the management of The Carousel should take lessons from them, would NEVER recommend.

The service was very slow - we waited ages for food. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu - plenty of choice and well priced.
