An amazing place to hang out with friends especially when there’s a game, perfect people, atmosphere and staff. Been there twice and hasn’t been disappointed at all, I was not a fan of visiting bar style restaurants but someone recommended as he’s from Alberta, and now this is my top spot. #gocanucks Vegetarian options: Plenty of options for vegetarians and vegan eaters. Parking: Depends on the rush hour for parking slots.
Our Server ,Robin M ,was excellent all around . Thanks Justin (GM) for hiring her. She definitely is an asset to the establishment.
Awesome sports bar lots of seating and lots of drink options
Good spot for watching the game
You get what you pay?! 1st visit here with a friend who enjoyed the Canadian Brewhouse's in Alberta so we were excited to try in BC. Promo night for Tomahawk steaks ($49.99/person, tickets paid in advance which ended up selling out) Brewhouse had good ambiance and enjoyed the vibe. Service could have been.. better but it was not bad. However, after 30min wait for our meal, the steaks was over done (asked for medium rare and both came out medium well), I felt bad to send back but the server said it was fine. The re-fire was another 20-25min wait and the steaks were more on the rare side! I didn't bother to mention. Just surprised that it was a steak special and they couldnt get it right? I attached pics..of the refire and u can even see the drast difference with the garlic bread. The server and wait staff weren't even able to tell me what the ingredients of steak sauce was made of? I found this odd... what if i had allergies to a specific ingredient? Regardless, based on that evening's experience, I would not repeat or recommend.
The worst clubhouse sandwich ever... Shaved chicken breast, per the menu, was a refrigerator cold cooked yesterday slab of meat on over toasted bread with 2 slices of microwaved bacon. Manager was kind enough to ask if it did not arrive as expected. I was reminded that my removal of sliced cheddar cheese may have resulted in the anemic look of the sandwich but then offered a heartfelt discount. When the bill came, a whole 30% was removed from what was essentially an inedible sandwich. I wasn't looking for a discount. I just wanted management to look at the $22 sandwich and say, yeah, that looks crappy, our bad. Amateurish in every way except the bartender who did his best to make things right but got caught in the crossfire. Will stop by and return their $6.75 as it feels nothing short of a token gesture.
Delicious food and great service.
Came to eat on Saturday. Attended a fundraiser. There was over 100 attendees. It was also canucks game on. Seems like there was only 2 servers serving us, and running our drinks and food, as it was quite hard to locate her at times. But when she made her way here, she was attentive. The attendance of the fundraiser included a $7.99 voucher that was made by them, but it indicate a restriction which had no description. We ordered wings, nacho, beer, poutine, 12oz ribeye for dinner, which we found out none of the item were eligible to redeem. 4 of us spent $220 and could not even use the $7.99 voucher. Apparently it’s only good for a specific type of bottle beer, and regular fries. My pint of sunsetter wasn’t eligible and neither was poutine. So weird. When dinner came i found my ribeye thinly sliced. I asked for medium rare, it was obviously a medium well. Quite a chewy cut for a ribeye. The 12oz ribeye included the cap, which seemed like a 4oz cap, which was 100% fat. Server didn’t check up on us (as she probably had too big of a section), so I just ate what I could and left the rest. The shrimp wasn’t bad and neither was the mash. I would’ve sent the ribeye back though because it wasn’t that great at all. The beer was good though. Cold mug. That never fails. Atmosphere was great as well as Canuck won the tiebreaker that night. Parking: Parking on street is almost impossible because the mall offers so many restaurants. But the mall also made a huge parkade with 5 levels. As long as you go to the parkade right away, you will bound to find parking. Just have to walk a bit.
We had 2 7oz steaks with mashed potatoes garlic bread shrimp veggies..steak was dry.there was chz in mashed potatoes.which I didn't ask for gross..shrimp was super spicy..good thing I ordered extra norm shrimp.i also got extra mashed potatoes and gravy..when asked how everything was..I mentioned there's chz in my mashed potatoes she said I don't no y..I never got a bill adjustment for potatoes..even tho I left potatoes and didn't eat them..it was very disappointing.really looking forward to regular mashed potatoes.drove fr coquitlum to get em..waited 45 mins fir food to have only one meal coming out at a time.weird..I'd think with a reserved table we might b served faster considering there where alot of walk in..very hard to park to..but that's not there fault..
