The Cake Ole

Great little cafe/cake shop. The staff are really lovely and it's very reasonably priced. Cakes and drinks are fab! Love the decor too. Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.

Food was nice we had paninie and cake to take out. Staff friendly. I did find though although the glass top on the table was clean, around the edges under the glass it was dirty. Needs looking at.

Amazing place

I’ve been to the cake ole this morning and we’re got hot drinks and cakes and we’re all sat outside but the hot drinks taste funny and the milk was off also I had one of the girls been sick straight after 2nd one feel sick please next time if the milks are off don’t serve it to customers , drinks were off and we paid aswell

Omg terrible conversation with Owner Richard just now! My daughter and husband received a voucher from here when their baby was born. Unfortunately, the baby has been born with a life limiting disability involving a huge stay in hospital following his birth meaning the voucher was unable to be used within the extremely LIMITED 3 month time limit before it's only worth half the value! The baby's father went to the store to use the voucher yesterday and accepted, as he had no choice, only half the value of goods, meaning the store actually made even more money. I phoned Skipton branch today and explained why the voucher had not been used within the time limit and was informed by the female who answered the phone to put my complaint on Facebook and the owner would pick it up. I didn't want to do that so she told me his name was Richard and was today at the branch in Keighley. I phoned the Keighley store, the owner of the 3 branches in Bradford, Skipton and Keighley Richard answered and after I explained the reason why the voucher had not been used before the 3 month expiry date, was basically told in no uncertain terms that 3 months is the limit on the voucher, no matter what!!!!!!!!!!!!! He ended the conversation and said no member of staff in his Skipton store would have advised me to Facebook etc. How little he knows his own staff! Please THINK BEFORE YOU BUY!!!!!! A very heartless man indeed!!

Delicious rhubarb and custard cake

This is a hidden gem in Keighley. The decor is amazing, the service was warm, friendly and efficient and the food was amazing. Well done guys, I will definitely pop into your shop in Skipton while I am in the area. We can heartily recommend the breakfast panini and mature cheddar and chutney club sandwiches. Vegetarian options: The oatmilk Decaf latte was creamy.
