The Cafe in Sherwood Forest

Love this place ,go every week,lovely place and staff.

Good service, food very acceptable .

Dropped in for quick lunch, food was great, warm friendly service and cosy atmosphere

First visit today, it took a long time to get served as one person was doing it all, coffee wasn't hot enough, toastie was very nice.

The food is ok but sadly the coffee was not great. The atmosphere has declined over the years as some small businesses around the cafe vacate their premises, I understand this is out of the cafes control but it is a contributing factor to the atmosphere.

It was ok. The cake was tiny (normally a cake would be cut into 10-12 slices, there's are more like 14-16), a bit dry and crumbly. The staff weren't very friendly either. Not worth it imo, go to the visitor centre instead.
