The Bussdown DC

I ordered the fishbowl. The fish was seasoned well and was good. Everything in bowl was good. If I’d stopped there I would give 4 stars. I saw that they had Mac and cheese and ordered it. Terrible! It needed cheese and seasoning. Soo bland. .

Western market is a good food court. The bussdown is pretty good but If You're Caribbean down get too excited. The flavors aren't really there and the yardbird has zero spice in the chicken. Overall it's decent but definitely caters towards the masses. Which I definitely understand. It's a smart business move. I still support and will be back to eat there.

Food was very tasteful great service & it’s black owned! 10/10. I got the vegan mboga bowl! 😋

Rice was hard, not well cooked, jerk chicken tasteless. Plantain good - well fried, veggies too much vinegar for my personal taste. Price would be fine if the food was good.
