I the hamburgers are frozen patties and not cooked all the way...you can taste the refrigerated taste. The fries were unflavored...no taste whatsoever. Better off at McDonald's

The burger was a mouthful of water (meaning it was likely frozen beforehand and slapped on the grill immediately). Not very flavorful, but the burger was as advertised.
