Says open till 230 on the door and 1pm online. Not open at all.

I cannot even believe the way I was talked to by the manager.. in front of my children and 3 tables. I ordered the Classic Eggs Benedict.. I received a half order. When the “Manager” brought me and the lady behind me who was also perplexed at an 11 dollar half order… an extra piece of toast ( seriously?!) I told her it was unacceptable… she challenged me loudly.. talked over me and to be quite honest embarrassed herself. Never again… there are too many other places to go.. Shine, First Watch.. not worth the money or the aggravation.

Do yourself a favor and go to the Breakfast Club in Madison Heights. This location consistently undercooks the eggs, service today was horrendous with Kristoph. No silverware when food was brought, no coffee refills, asking multiple times for basic items. Won’t be coming back here.

Perfect spot for a great breakfast. Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence is evident everywhere -- friendly and attentive staff, delicious menu offerings and a overall happy vibe. I will be back for sure.

We've been here a few times and each time gets worse. This was definitely the last time we'll be eating here. We waited 10-15 minutes before our server came to take our order. When we tried to look for him he was on his phone laughing with a coworker. I ordered an herbal tea and he said he'd bring the box of choices. When he came with the hot water he gave me a bag of black tea and walked away. I had to flag him down to get different tea. Waited quite a long time for our food to come out as well. When our food was brought we hadn't been given any silverware. We also asked for jam and hot sauce. He brought back silverware but after awhile we had to flag him down again to remind him about the jam and hot sauce. My food tasted good, but was room temperature at best, and my eggs were undercooked. I didn't want to wait anymore to get it fixed. My husband's food was warmer, but definitely not hot. Everytime we've been here we've been given chocolate covered strawberries with our check, but even though we saw other tables get them they weren't offered to us. The Breakfast Club in Madison Heights is incredible and we've never had a bad experience. I highly recommend going there instead.

Had higher expectations. Basic spot. Food isn’t great seems frozen and microwaved. Also please change the menu that says “freshly squeezed orange juice” definitely not freshly squeezed, not even Tropicana.

The food was ok....not hot I expected more but I guess it wasn't meant to be
