Great seafood boil. Even my picky kids finished and ordered a second round of snow crab. And finished the second one. Great friendly people and atmosphere. Just happened to see this restaurant as we drove into town from Chicago. It will now be our stop coming in and leaving. Family of 5 all got the boils and loved it. Can’t wait to try more of the menu. Other peoples food that came out looked amazing. Huge bar and outdoor seating bar perfect combo. Kid-friendliness: My 3 kids are with up at the outside tables. My daughter even played with the owners daughter while there. My son said best restaurant we’ve hit so far
I ordered a Southern Bayou Spice Shrimp Boil. Absolutely disgusting. They made it with alfredo sauce. There was zero spice. The waitress said she could give me red pepper flakes. The shrimp was over cooked. I took one bite and was done. That's not how you cook southern bayou spice shrimp boil. Food was not worth the price. They need to say they cook the boil in alfredo sauce. It didn't say that on the menu. Extremely misleading. I should have made them take it back but I was trying to be nice. No thank you. It's over works
Some of the best boil around, believe the servers when they tell you something is hot/spicey, and the catfish is better than my wifes. Can get busy on weekends. Outside/inside bar and plenty of seating. Craft beers are a little pricey. Parking: Big paved parking lot. North access to hwy19 is blocked on weekends due to cornhole games.
Food was not good . Catfish was not catfish very greasy shrimp for child was bad moldy. Would not recommend.
Great food and even better staff.
