The Besta Wan Pizza House

OUR HISTORY First built as a single-family home in 1942, it remained as such until 1965 when Richard and Virginia Corder opened The Besta-Wan Pizza House in this quaint single-story home. The restaurant operated with a simple menu of pizza, salads and beer for over 50 years. Ron Banks purchased Besta from the Corders and continued the tradition for another five years until he met Rebecca Sanchez and convinced her to take it over, after she ran the cafe at Palomar Airport for years.
