The Beaumont

I’ve been coming here for 2 years straight, but I just came for my engagement, and it was outstanding. The food has always been incredible, and I have no complaints this time either, but the service was truly outstanding. Delaney was absolutely incredible and gave us utmost attention and humor, and receiving congratulations from a few of the staff was wonderful. I will continue to look forward to every trip. I recommend trying the Beaumont Eggnog before the cocktail menu changes again

My husband and I had dinner and it was fabulous . The service was superb! Definitely will go back.

Excellent food and drink menu. Had Norwegian Salmon. Party of 8. Dubbed Mel "Super Server". Erin, manager had everything under control.

Wonderful food and service

We absolutely love this place and visit at least once a week, especially for the bar experience. The entire staff feels like family to us. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, combined with friendly service, keeps drawing us back. The bar, in particular, has become our favorite spot, offering fantastic drinks selection and a cozy ambiance. It's not just a place to enjoy a drink; it's an extension of our social circle and the food is delish! The staff's friendliness contribute to the overall positive experience. We appreciate our conversations and good times. We always look forward to our weekly visits as a highlight. My husband posted our review on open table and the restaurants website but I feel it belongs here too. We were originally not going to leave one but when I spent the night fighting for my life on the toilet after dining here a review just seems warranted. On New Year's Eve, my wife and I wanted to celebrate our anniversary at this highly recommended restaurant. We submitted a reservation through OpenTable for 830pm explaining that it was our anniversary, which was accepted. We arrive at the restaurant right at 830 for our special dinner. The entrance to The Beaumont was a little cluttered upon our arrival as the Manager was collecting names of newly arrived guests (ours and a couple in front of us) to sort out the seating. As this was happening, another couple entered the restaurant. To make room and be considerate, my wife and I stepped aside, which allowed them to speak with the hostess. My wife and I continue chatting and waiting for our table, when the hostess sits the couple that arrived after us in our seat. There was no communication between the manager and the host, which caused us to miss out on our table. They recommended we take a seat at the bar to wait for a table to become available. This was disappointing to hear but after we expressed what had occurred they comped our first round of drinks, which was appreciated. The bartenders were excellent. They were attentive and made fantastic drinks. It wasn't long until we ran into more issues. When my wife attempted to order her meal, they explained they were out of Filet Mignon. Unfortunately, my wife made the choice to order the New York Strip. The cook on the steak was perfectly rare, exactly as requested. Oddly, there was no seasoning on the steak. It tasted just like beef and heat. We attempted to revive the steak with putting our own salt and pepper on it but sadly it didn't quite work out and wasn't an enjoyable meal. The restaurant thankfully removed the charge from our tab. Her steak didn't come home with us, mine did. I ordered the Bone-in Ribeye and enjoyed my meal. We both enjoyed our sides: Mac and Cheese, Mashed Potatoes, Brussel Sprouts and Green Beans. In addition to the sides that we liked, we also ordered an appetizer (Brie) and dessert (Chocolate Pistacchio Cake) that were nice. After our mediocre dining experience, there is one final critique that needs to be assigned. My wife got very sick that night and spent the night of our anniversary on the toilet. I'll spare the details.

My fiancé and I really loved this place's food so when I decided to propose to her I thought that The Beaumont would be the perfect dinner to celebrate our engagement. Unfortunately, the staff did not do anything special to help us celebrate this once in a lifetime occasion. When I had let our waitress know that we were dining in to celebrate our engagement on that very same day and she seemed confused why I was telling her. This was not the dinner experience I had expected for our engagement and I would not recommend going here especially for any kind of celebration. The next evening my fiancé and I went out to Maggiano's over in Columbia as a make up dinner for the prior night's disappointment. Once we sat down the waitress we had asked if we were celebrating anything special and we let her know that we were celebrating our engagement. Without hesitation she congratulated us and they treated us to a dessert. Lastly when we were walking out our waitress gave us a short handwritten note wishing us our best. I really hope that The Beaumont takes note of how they should've helped us celebrate our engagement.

The place was very crowded. I felt like you were sitting with the people right next to you. The food was just okay and over priced. I got the over priced steak and it was just average. No flavor and not very tender. Not worth the high price. The service was okay also. Nothing out of the ordinary. I won't be going back there.
