Very nice cheese and onion pie, carrot and coriander soup not to my taste, but that’s just me. Coffee nice, all staff great.

Mostly young staff who are always obliging and pleasant. Simple but well presented food. Always a welcoming atmosphere.

Great place for shopping loads to look at and buy. The cafe food it served hot and always tasty, and the service was fantastic. Would definitely recommend Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get round in a wheelchair as they have ramps to all locations, I would say as I am disabled I found a few departments very difficult to get round as the walk ways were to small for me and my walker, but not all and as a whole I managed nearly all of with ease.

All good, the only problem is getting a table. It is that popular.

Wow … we had afternoon tea for four and it was ‘out of this world’ which consisted of 4 mini pots of hot soup, 4 half’s of cheese and onion hot jacket potatoes, 4 mini hot steak pies, salad, 16 sandwiches, 16 mini cakes and 8 mini scones with clotted cream and Jam and of course tea and coffee. This is without doubt the best value afternoon tea we’ve ever had. The value and quality of the food is outstanding. Will recommend and definitely be returning. Thank you to the excellent staff who are very friendly and for making both our mothers birthday treat so special.

Lunch with a friend. Good food & atmosphere. Service slow when paying for items. A large que & only one person serving. At a time of day that is normally busy, it may be worth investigating in a second til.
