Where to start... I ordered here yesterday 21.02.2023 at 12:50. My delivery never came. I tried to call them at least 10 times and had no one answer. I sent a multiple text messages and didn't get a reply. I tried to get uber to contact them but they wouldn't pick up the phone there either. I sent another text at around 2pm and said I'm be coming for my refund. Then they decide to message back, say a staff member had been taken to hospital I'll and they had to attend to a staff member my order is leaving the shop now. 1 hour later still nothing but excuses. After 3.5 hours uber finally canceled my order. I left a review here and notified the restaurant that I have done so. They asked for a chance to rectify the issues from yesterday. So today 22.02.2023 I re ordered. My delivery was marked down as on its way. 1 hour 30 mins later they've had to call extra staff in and my order isn't prepared. Uber canceled my order again. The manager said they would still complete this order and asked me to replace the order. So it still wasn't prepared 2 hours after pressing and sending the order. Avoid disappointment and don't order for delivery. Can't believe I was stupid enough to alow them the chance to make up for making me wait 3.5 hours yesterday before I had to cancel and the same again today. Even tried to bribe me and say, " well if you dont want your discounted order that's fine" None existent customer service and you'll be told nothing but lies.

I love this place, very nice food plenty to choose from. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and amazing cakes. Always a friendly service and delivery, would definitely recommend

absolutely disgusting do not know where to start. waited 2 hours for it , COVERED absolutely demolished in butter soggy bread . grease dripping from the chips and the sausages tasted bland and of oil my phone is covered in oil as we speak , doughnuts were a shambles i’ve had asda doughnuts better. one doughnut we didn’t order was sent to us and it was absolutely disgusting i have no clue what was in it but i was nearly sick. had to throw away 2 bacon sandwiches and a sausage sandwich never seen so much grease and butter in a sandwich in my life. only decent thing was the jacks tesco ready salted crisp☠️bacon was FULL of fat feel physically i’ll spent £40 to throw it in the bin. bacon sub more like bacon slop

Food was not to a good standard - freezing cold - and quality was a solid 3/10 also the fact it took 2 AND 30 HOURS !!!! Joke
