Mason was the best bartender I’ve ever experienced, 10/10 recommendations
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Auction House, and I can't stop raving about the exceptional service provided by Mason and Sam! Mason's bartending skills are unparalleled - he crafted the most delicious cocktails with precision and flair, ensuring every sip was a delight. But it doesn't end there - Sam, my amazing server, went above and beyond to ensure my dining experience was flawless. From recommendations to timely service, Sam's professionalism and friendliness truly stood out. Together, Mason and Sam made my visit unforgettable. If you're seeking top-notch service, look no further than Mason and Sam at Auction House!
Marshall was a great bartender/server.. friendly, attentive and makes a great Caesar.. big shout out to the kitchen staff… the food was SO GOOD! We got the chicken burger and a reg burger and both were fantastic. Above average. The deep fried Oreo dessert was so good as well!
10/10 do not recommend the chicken burger. We came here multiple times and everything was great. This was our first time here within the last year and a massive let down from our previous visits. Had to grab my own napkins, nachos got cold waiting for sour cream, chicken burger came out like chicken buffalo soup. Had to flag waiter down for multiple things as he just walked by
The Auction House is an annual stop for our family when headed to Neptune during the holidays, and we’ve always had enjoyable meals. Our latest visit left us underwhelmed. Servers were friendly and helpful when we flagged them down, but had to flag down anyone we could for cutlery after all meals were delivered with not so much as a napkin on the table. We ended up paying with the bartender when nobody returned to our table with the check. And if you’re going to seat people in the front window in December, someone needs to turn the thermostat up. But the real disappointment was my main…”Bangers”. I realize this is their take on a pub classic, but for $21 I was hoping for more than two sausages on a small serving of roasted potatoes, and a small serving of onions on top. A vegetable or side salad would have at least made this feel like a main dish. Photo is exactly how it was served, would barely fill a side plate. Classic pub fat doesn’t need to be pretty, but it should at least be comforting, and filling. This was neither. Overall, a real let down from previous visits.
