The Alley - it's time for tea

I've been here a couple of times and love this place. The drinks are slightly expensive but definitely worth the money, especially compared to other boba spots. They taste as they should andy not watered down or anything like that. The staff are friendly and considerate and just pure amazing. The atmosphere of this place is absolutely impeccably cosy. It's got that "café vibe" and they also have a few boardgames! They also have a good music selection and it's just the place to be in Guelph. Dietary restrictions: They have many types of drinks and are able to add toppings into your drinks and also remove them. They are quite accommodating Parking: Parking in a plaza, lots of space. Also there's a dirt lot beside it that's free and unmonitored. Kid-friendliness: It's a bubble tea place and the staff are good and considerate. Your kids would love it Wheelchair accessibility: It's on the ground floor and flat as Kansas. They also have the accessibility buttons to open the front door and also the washroom. The countertop is low as well so you should be good.

The staff here always goes above and beyond. They're so nice and considerate and are great for a quick conversation. Also the bubble tea is so delicious, there's nothing quite like it in Guelph. Their seasonal menu makes it worthwhile to visit periodically, as well as their exclusive merch!

One of the best bubble tea joints in the area, coming from a person who is generally adverse to bubble tea. The staff is also kind and courteous (probably to a fault) and are the main motivator in this review. Way to go The Alley.

Isn’t deerioca their best seller? Why did I come and the lady with no emotion or any politeness say “we don’t have that” ?… ok make some? Told me it’d take 30 minutes to make.. for a drink? Shouldn’t they always be making it if it’s their best seller ??

Absolutely wonderful!!! I came all the way from Grand Rapids Michigan to have their tea again! Employees went above and beyond to help me figure out which beverage I would like best. The shop was clean and spacious with a nice modern minimalist look. 100 out of 10, if you find yourself in Guelph, definitely make time to stop!
