The Admiral

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the owner who was very friendly & welcoming. We initially just wanted to check out the menu, but sat down inside & decided to try it. Got the oysters rockafeller & mahi mahi fish & chips which were both excellent. Waitress was very attentive & nice as well. Overall nice place & a great meal

I eat at Admiral Bar at least twice a week. Always great food and service. Always consistent. First time having brunch today and boy have I been missing out. The vibe at this place is incredible and you need to add a stop at The Admiral on any trip to Playa del Carmen!

The bar/ restaurant needs a face-lift. It needs a good deep cleaning. (Especially the bathroom) not our first time here. Is it supposed to be a ship? Feels like a dungeon. Service was awesome 👌 I had fish/chips and it was yucky. The batter was crispy, but when you cut into it, water/grease came flowing out,fish was soggy with absolutely no flavor. No more Admiral for us 😕

Always a Great Meal and Good Times..

There's a good variety of choices on the menu for vegetarians and meat lovers. Good service and nice surroundings.

Gotta shout out The Admiral for great hospitality in hooking this tourist up with a tv to watch the game while in Playa a couple nights ago. The owner was cool, staff friendly, and food & drink solid!
