The Accord Metropolitan

Food was not good and very old type interior

We stayed at Accord for 2 separate nights within a weeks time. Both the time we got the same room to stay. Service of the all staff is excellent , right from the doorman, front office, Kanaka and Arunraj, just 2 names from many of the staff were really putting the efforts to make sure you are comfortable in all respects. Rooms are comfy and nice, with all the amenities you expect in a 5* property. Breakfast buffet is nice with good spread of different cuisines with prominance to Southern cuisine. They have a nice pool but the sitting area near the pool is opened to sun which makes it not usable almost the whole day Checkin is at 2PM but in the booking it was mentioned as 12, But they will allow you to Checkin as soon as the room is ready and checkout is at 12, but will allow for a late checkout if there is any room. Overall it was a very comfortable stay and will prefer to comeback here for any future visits Rooms: Rooms are adequate size for a small family not too small. The cable system was not working properly during our 2nd visit. During 1st visit, it was a settop system with almost all channels, but in the 2nd tiem it was changed to a IP based system, which takes all the time to move between command and while watching a channels hangs every 5 minutes which make it totally useless. Walkability: The famous shopping street T Nagar is in walkable distance from there. Dont fall the clutches of the auto drivers who demand huge sums

Good place for corporate events
