The 1 Food & Spirits, located inside of BLU-Tique Hotel Akron, a Tribute Portfolio, serves delicious small plates, chef's creations, and desserts. A continental breakfast is also available for purchase M-F from 6-10 am and weekends from 7-11 am. There are hand-crafted cocktails, locally poured beers, and a carefully curated wine list also available. The atmosphere is relaxed and offers great views of downtown Akron as well as a mid-century modern jazz theme. Please note, the kitchen is closed on Sunday's but the bar is open from 3-9 PM.
