Food, variety and service was much better when it was Chaobaby. Some of the food was nice, but rest was not good at all. Had to wait for clean plates more than once. One really rude member of staff behind the bar. Lots of things had run out and mess everywhere. Not sure if they need more staff or better organisation. Do not recommend.

Rated 5 star when it was chao baby and rating 5 star again ! I’m happy the quality of food has stayed the same and they have a lot of the same dishes. The way they have refurbished the place is beautiful. Very friendly service will definitely be seeing me again

Appallingly unprofessional. We checked the opening hours on their website & made a booking. Arrived to find they had shut over an hour early - they hadn't bothered to contact us to cancel our booking. The manager wasn't bothered that we'd driven 30 minutes each way and offered no meaningful apology - he went as far as to imply it was our fault for making a booking after 5pm as he'd already cancelled bookings made before that (but couldn't be bothered to turn off / monitor for further bookings). His tone was also abrupt and rude.
