TGI Fridays

It was painful. I'm sure it was just our waitress. Ordering was slow. She did bring the young people's meal out when they were ready, after checking that such was okay. We were in a hurry, and we tried to make that clear to her. She wasn't around for refills. The check was slow. Take home boxes took multiple requests. She was always pleasant, when she wasn't absent for long periods. The food was fine. Typical TGIF. What we expected. We wished we had chosen a different place. There were many other choices.

Excellent service.. workers are very friendly... helpful.. I do deliveries... got no problems at all anytime .. special thanks to Mariah.. she is awesome.. professional.. nice with smiles on her face all the time... tnx again everyone

I’ve been frequenting at TGI Fridays for years. I stopped coming after COVID due to issues with new management. I recently started coming back because of the very few staff members that care about their guests and Mariah. Mariah is an amazing manager and the staff that she has behind her is just as amazing as she is. I brought a large group of people in late Friday night and it was just Kash the bartender. She was very welcoming from the second we walked in, she was absolutely wonderful. She’s so sweet, friendly, and just seemed happy to be taking care of us…even though we sat a little after closing hours her attitude never changed. I’m definitely going to be coming back more often now that I know they have better staff and management!!

It was a nice experience but there was some interesting faux pas that occurred during the visit that was not catastrophic but just showed some more training may have been needed. The food was tasty in regards to what arrived at our table and I don't blame the server who was responsible for 5 tables so there was some maneuvering that had to be had. Due to his demeanor, I would give this location another shot to be better!

Go there at least once a week. Do I need to save more? Their ribs are outrageous And Great customer service Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy spots right in front stories

My family and I have gone to Friday’s a few times in the past but were never really satisfied or desired to come back. Just recently, we decided to try again and this last experience was different. I would like to shine some light on how amazing the manager Amanda was. She was so attentive, personable, funny, and treated us as if she was catching up with lifelong friends. She was the absolutely best! Will definitely be coming back (:

Went there for drinks with a couple of friends, the bartender Amanda was so friendly, attentive to our needs and provided us with a great overall experience!! Would definitely go back to see her again!

First of all, Amanda was FABULOUS. She was friendly, accommodating, and overall a genuinely nice person you should be proud to have her representing your company! The food was perfect and came out hot and in an appropriate amount of time. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. We will definitely be going back!
