We dined in with some family members. It took us a while to be served, and it wasn't crowded. The tables and chairs were a little wobbly and outdated. The food was not cooked to our liking. The waitress did her best at serving us, but you can tell she needed more help with a party of 15. Could hire more workers and update equipment.
waited 20 minutes to be seated and didn't see a single employee, just about 5 other tables all waiting to have their orders taken.
Wow, wow, wow! Y'all, take this, we are trying to eat, these mo-fos just basically watch us. Then we asked for help. We the guy approached us and we started to talk, his homeboy called him and instead of seating us, or assisting us he chose to lose 3 customers to dab up his homeboy...WOW!!! No stars!
Came in to treat my wife to a Valentine dinner and I wish I could say it was a pleasant experience. The service was slow, took 30 minutes just to get a glass of water for my wife I wanted an hour for a Red Bull slushy and all I got was a cup of ice and a Red Bull. The food wasn't cooked right had to send it back to be cooked longer and then I watched the server lick his fingers because he spilled sauce on them.
The waitress Isabella was great, always smiling and helpful. Food was hot even though it took a little bit. But over all I like going to this TGI Friday's. Need a few more staff members but overall me and my spouse enjoyed it.
We decided to go here with our son the place was completely empty and we had to stand there and wait. At least 10 minutes before somebody came to seat us. By that time we god up and left We just didn't feel comfortable in this restaurant.
