TGI Fridays

Got my order wrong, missed a side, brought a side, served his dish cold. Nuked it to serve hot. Garlic Butter Broccoli had NO garlic butter flavor whatsoever. No discount to compensate, a few dollars off would've been neat. Safe to say we will NOT be back.

Our server Brandon made our night so much better. He was very kind and made us feel very comfortable! He also made sure all of our needs were met and did a great job. I’d definitely recommend going to the East Madison location! The overall experience was great and I will be back again!!!!!

The manager, waitstaff, kitchen staff and bartender are all great people who greet you with a smile. Fantastic food, and impeccable service. The manager assisted me with a catering order for my family last Friday night and everyone enjoyed the food for the Birthday party. Then today the company I work for ordered a large amount of catering for lunch for over 30 staff members. I picked up the food, it was hot, packaged perfectly according to my specific instructions. The food was enjoyed by all staff here at our company and many said they'd be heading over for dinner some night in the future! The Manager had extra special touches and took care in preparing everything and also threw in some extra food that we didn't order as a thank you! Kitchen staff and Manager helped me load up my car and I appreciated all the extra special touches that they did to make our Employee Appreciation Lunch a memorable one. :) Thank you!

Slow service during lunch even though the place was pretty empty. Did not like the coleslaw.

We walked in Sunday evening 8pm. Sign said wait to be seated.The hostess was not around. After 10 minutes an older lady came, she was very cranky to us. The restaurant was Not busy at all. When she seated us at a booth. She was very snippy. Unprofessional. After my date and I waited 20 minutes in our booth. No one came to greet us or wait on us. We left and we were very disappointed with this place.
