Service was great good atmosphere

customer service could be better however there was about three members of staff when the place was packed

Came here 10/04 around 2100 there was only 2 groups of the people in the restaurant us included. Service was absolutely ridiculous. The server was rude didn't bring cutlery. We were here for the endless wings, only got 2 lots each as the server was nowhere to be found and the wings were near frozen in the middle. If I could give this zero stars I would. Should take lessons from tgi's in Gateshead it is absolute class and servers are super friendly. Need to do better we expected better.

If I could give it zero stars I would cause the customer service we got is absolutely shocking. We ordered the bottomless wings and we only got one set of wings each and to say we ate five wings for 15 pounds is absolutely ridiculous. The girl who was servicing us was walking past the food, touring the entire restaurant and didn’t once ask us how we felt. You could tell she didn’t want us there, when she placed our drinks down she near spilled it all over us, absolutely ridiculous. If you want to go to a TGIs I’d recommend to go anywhere but the one in Newcastle. I’m disgusted

Mac and cheese was cold dry and flavourless, bun on the burger was stale, burger was too stuffed to eat by hand. Far too expensive for unpleasant food.

Service was mint until the lass started waffling about maths and her life story I never ever ever want to see, eat or smell sesame chicken again!!!

Firstly the cocktails are 2 for 1 for £16, I'm sorry but no one would pay £16 for one of these below average cocktails so it's not really 2 for 1, it's a scam to buy two cocktails for £8 each. Secondly the food is extremely overpriced for what you get and the burger was burnt. Half of our table didn't even have cutlery. The service was extremely slow for drinks and food. When we arrived no one greeted us so we had to try flag down members of staff just to get the table we booked. Our waitress was very canny which is the only reason I haven't gave one star.

Very poor service, waited over a hour for a kids meal and a starter, food brought out at different times, lack of crockery, cold food, general poor customer service. Will not be returning and do not recommend.

Sat with my son yesterday Friday 23rd in the bar .all we wanted was a couple of milkshakes ,we sat at the bar for 15 mins Three members of staff were stood talking and complaining about being tired. We were sat 2m away from them and were completely ignored .Absolutely fuming so simply got up and left .Never going again
