The entrance had a strong smell of restroom's detergent. That first impression tells you something. The place was not crowded, just 3 tables being been served, and a few of then full of dirty plates and glasses. We waited like 7 minutes to be attended to be told some tables need to be cleanef and we need to wait. It was not polite. Then 10 minutes more to be sat in a table that was cleaned since we entered. Then taking the order, I have been attended by more pleasant people. She never came to out table to check if everything was good or we needed something else. My wife also noticed a rude attitude the waiter. Food was good/ok, the appeteizer was far better.
This restaurant is just not the same no more feels dirty floor so sticky and smells bad like mold. Food takes for ever not fresh. The chicken is aways rubbery. And when they bring the Appertizer they don’t bring no plates or anything. It’s just gotten horrible.
Absolutely ridiculous Friday afternoon empty as hell and can’t get any service I sat at the bar couldn’t even get greeted. This is my second time walking out. I’ll never come back. Makes sense why it’s always empty there is no good service.
Fridays is my go-to place to eat. Just wish they hadn't quit doing the pretzels, and they have also changed the menu.
There was live music and it was very loud. Took a while for service. Food was not delectable. Fridays is not what I remember it being as far as taste of food. I know innovation is inevitable, but remember why people come to your establishment in the first place.
