TGI Fridays

Waited 40 minutes for water and tea. Then another 40 minutes for food. This location is horrible!

‼️Only made it to the seating and never saw anyone again. Thought it was self serve or something. Didn't even get drinks ordered. We just left.‼️

Food was terrible portions very limited... I appreciate you took time to respond I tried to click on the form so I could fill it out and was not able to you can text me if you choose to

They didn't give me what I ordered. I left still hungry but still spent $47. I'm not pleased at all and it was my birthday week. This was the worst experience ever I will never come back. The waitress messed up all the orders except for the drinks.

I had a dish that I had never tried. I'm a seafood person.

Decent portions. The whiskey glazed ribs are good. Service was good, but the place felt sad inside.

We had to wait too long for the food and drinks. when we asked the waitress Denise if she could give us a box top for the soda and our tickets she left and never came back we asked the manager for it Denise continued to take more orders she acted. if we were on her time, l asked her, "Are you purposely doing that she started to laugh it made me feel some type of way. It was not good customer service to make a customer wait over 25 minutes to get our bill paid. l will not come back after bad customer service it lowers your tip. You get more we you show customers you care.
