Food continues to be excellent. Seating has become more complex and difficult. Very loud and disruptive environment lately. Like dinner and a concert.
Do not eat here!!! We went out with a bunch of friends March 21st 3:00 p.m. for dinner when one of my friends picked up a french fry he noticed a live cockroach on its back wiggling around with seasoning salt on it. The waitress did not seem surprised when we told her. After doing some investigation on the internet we have found out this is not the first encounter with cockroaches at this restaurant.
To start our waitress was wonderful. Halfway through my loaded steak fries, I found a cockroach, still alive. My meal obviously ended there. Then the manager gave me a $16.00 discount. Which I refused to pay, then another manager comped the meal but said I still need to pay for the alcohol. So I will no longer be eating at this establishment. I was offered a free meal on my next visit. But after experiencing what I just did I had no desire to use a free meal in the future.
we unfortunately found a cockroach in our fries. they wouldn’t even comp our meal. i have never experienced such a thing in any restaurant in my 60 years.
Went out with friends. Two couples. Ages from 62 and above. Food was good as ever. Service is always outstanding. At 6:30 PM the music was cranked up and the dinner conversation ended cause we couldn't hear each other. Are we deaf? No, we are not. Only reason it got a 3 on atmosphere. Heard another couple on the way out tell the hostess about the loud music. Music is great, but not so loud in an already busy place. Thank you roadhouse for a great meal again.
Food and service were great. Very crowded but still a good experience.
The food portions are good size. You won't leave hungry. I find the food extremely salty. I've gone twice and the same both times. The servers are good but just very busy. The music can be loud and I wouldn't recommend it for people with difficulty hearing. They'll never hear you over the music. Vegetarian options: Limited options. Dietary restrictions: Very salty food. Parking: Lots of parking Wheelchair accessibility: Disability parking is good.
Haven't been in here in a few years and we wanted to try for an early dinner. Wife had to go the to the facility and I waited up front and they kept trying to seat me with rolls in hand. Said not right now, comes back again and I see my wife, she takes us on an expedition to the back, we asked for another table, she says "Well where do you want to sit". Sit and noticed the big price increase on everything, use to be pretty reasonable price wise. Waiter comes over and he says "I just clocked in but I'll help you, we can't find your waitress". Order water, starting to get a little pissed off. He then says Still can't find your waitress. We said enough and out the door, drove to Dirty South BBQ for awesome BBQ on 95 North of Yuma. I know the manager will post a cardstock reply to this. But this location sucks, been to ones all over the Country. They were great, Just catering to snowbirds and I8 passerbys. Also on almost 3 out 5 reveiws they say turn down the music. Managment never answers the issue. I would add, it's part of the theme of the establishment and we are sorry it's louder for some folks.
