Texas Roadhouse

We had a party of 30. We called ahead to let them know we were coming I wish they would've just told us they couldn't accommodate large groups. It definitely is not a good place for large groups. The hot rolls were great and the servers were trying their best Food took forever. Food was cold. Food was missing. Streaks were not cooked to correct temp.

Everything was good

Great steak, rolls, shrimp, salad, and drinks.

R waitress was very personable. I'm a senior, & b4 we left I told her I had a girl crush. That she's just a doll. Service was great - as always. Food cooked just right. This is where we come for special events: Bdays, Anniversaries, Mom's & Dad's Days. Plus just to have a good steak with friends! R favorite restaurant! Dietary restrictions: I'm diabetic & am able to b accommodated. I used handicapped parking. Spaces r a little hard to find. But that's because TX Roadhouse is everyone's favorite! Hubby often drops me @ the door, & picks me up. Parking: In front & side of restaurant. Maybe around back, too. We use handicapped parking & it's difficult to get a space. So, hubby will drop me @ the door, & pick me up. No biggie.

Always fantastic

I usually love Texas Roadhouse, but unfortunately my experience last night was not very enjoyable, the wait to get our order taken was a tad long nothing super crazy but it was also not enjoyable to watch a waiter in a cowboy hat sit at a customers table just hanging with his little buddies instead of asking people if need anything before just taking care of the same two people for 10 minutes when his section was full, im not sure if they smoke a lot of food but I got through the onion blossom ish and some mashed potatoes when I got my food and the potatoes only tasted like smoke which was disgusting and I honestly just put my silverware down and got a box and threw up multiple times when I got home not even interested in the leftovers because the gravy has zero flavor besides nasty smoke, some of us like to taste ingredients not just smoke.

If I could give this restaurant a 0 rating I would have. My husband was asked where he wanted to go for his birthday and out of all the restaurants he chose here. We knew it being a Sunday it would be a longer wait and we had a party of 10 starting off and then because of the wait ended up with 8 of us. Our wait time was 1 hour plus and then we were brought inside and stood just inside the door for another 10 mins. We then were seated and sat at the table for another 10 mins before the waitress came and took our drink and appetizer orders. We asked if we could just give her all of our food orders and she told us no she would be back as soon as she could and turned around and walked away. 15 mins or so and the appetizers show up and still no drinks. The waitress came back and brought more bread and no drinks. We finally asked and they were delivered right away. She then took our orders and our grandson wanted an appetizer for his meal and was told they were out of wings, then the waitress told us they could put the chicken fritters on. She said she would skip over him and come back to him. He said he wanted the kids chicken meal and she told him he was out of that as they were the wings, then we told her to give him the appetizer with the chicken fritters and she said she can't do that. What a disaster. We sat for over 1 hour and 45 mins for our meals to come out. Everyone of our meals were just warm to the touch, the broccoli and beans were ice cold as if they just served them right out of the refrigerator or can. The loaded fries for my grandson were so overly microwaved that the cheese was rock hard. We told our waitress and she got pissed off and said don't blame her as it wasn't her fault it was the kitchen's fault. Maybe so but you didn't refill our drinks, you got mad when someone didn't receive part of the order and your attitude sucked. I believe in tips and in cash but I can guarantee what you did get wasn't deserved. The bathrooms were filthy looks like they hadn't been touched all day. I get this is a Sunday and they were busy but rude service and non cleaned bathrooms are not acceptable. Unfortunately this has been the case not to this extreme about 6 months ago and so we know to stay away for a bit. We did say something to the manager and she offered 40.00 off for 300.00 worth of meals. I guess it is better than nothing. We won't be back. HORRIBLE FOOD AND HORRIBLE SERVICE
