Texas Roadhouse

We have eaten several times there. We put in our online reservation and arrived on time. Upon arrival, we were told that they were clearing our table and would be seated in two minutes. 10 minutes later, we were still waiting. Went up to Check again. Told we were next in line. 30 minutes later nothing. Went up again and told that they were waiting for a table to clear even though we saw tables empty. I finally asked them to tell me the truth….how long will it be! Advised that it will be 5 minutes. We waited another 15 minutes and finally I asked the girls to just be truthful and to speak to their manager who promptly got us a table. Food and service was great afterwards! The girls up front need to be honest and not mislead patrons. Very frustrating !

Went for dinner. Restaurant was busy but only had to wait a short time for a table. Went with three people who all enjoyed their meals. I had the chicken fried sirloin steak with mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. Steak and potatoes were barley warm. Server offered to redo it but I told her I would take it home. Asked her to let the manager know about my meal. The steak was huge. I got three meals out of it.

I had the 8oz steak with sauted mushrooms and shrimp dinner medium rare with mashed potatoes, brown gravy, and corn. The service was excellent. The steak was perfectly cooked, and the dinner rolls provided in the basket when being sat at the table we're hot, fresh, and delicious! There was a 20 - 25-minute waiting list posted on the website, so we added our names b4 leaving the house and only had to wait about 10 minutes upon arrival to be seated. Dinner for 2 $60 b4 tip $75 total. Great Deal! Can't wait to go back!

The steak was Perfect tonight! Tender, perfect medium rare.
