Was put on waitlist was told wait would be 30-40 minutes sat for over and hour and then were told o your up next to then never get called... I have never experienced service this poor... we left because we clearly weren't getting a table.

Excellent service with good food. Only had 1 dish I didn't like Excellent staff. Extremely crowded after 5pm

Usually this location has done very well for us. Today, my wife ordered the extra bread "add 6" on top of 2 adult meals to go. We only received 8 rolls. Usually we get 6 rolls without any extra charge with 2 adult sized meals. My steak was significantly smaller than the exact same order of the same size steak we have made previously. I would say probably half the size on the largest sirloin they have. My wife had the chicken ceaser salad for her entree and the chicken was raw in the center. I love Texas Roadhouse and I hope your franchise owners crack the whip on the managers trying to cut corners and train the employees to know when the management is incompetent.

Was with a large group. Service was great. Food was good as well

The steaks were dry and overcooked. We ordered medium and they came out very well done.
