Texas Roadhouse

Great restaurant! I loved the location, food, and the service 😋 I went early Saturday evening/afternoon. It was VERY VERY crowded! But all in all, I look forward to going again soon.

Hadn't had Prime Rib in a while. It was great

Well it was my birthday and I decided we would go to Texas roadhouse for dinner. Kind of a big mistake needless to say, my wife didn't eat because the first steak was over cooked and then the 2nd one was under cook i( almost raw in the middle). The waitress demeanor was horrible, and slow. She only came back after we talked to a team lead and I still had to talk a manger. It won't stop me from going but if I get the same waitress I will definitely ask to be move to another area. Killing thing is this girl had to nerve to ask after everything if I wanted them to sing happy birthday to me, (really, I mean really)

One of my favorite places to eat

I don't know what happened to this place. The last time I went there was about 2 years ago and everything was great, the service and the food. But when I went there recently about 3 weeks ago it sucked. First our waiter took about 15 to 20 minutes to come to our table just to take our drink order and he said that he'll be back to take our food order. I told him no because I wasn't going to wait another 15 to 20 minutes for him to come back to take our food order. He took our order but while we waited for our food we asked him if we could get some of that butter for our dinner rolls, he said sure and that he'll be right back with it. Sure enough he didn't come back with the butter so we asked a waitress that walked by and she had an attitude when we asked her if we could get some butter please. She also said ok I'll be right back with it and sure enough she never came with any butter as well. She kept walking by avoiding us every time she walked by our table. She was too busy talking to her friends and sitting with them at the table right behind us. Our original waiter also just kept walking by our table but no butter was still not given to us. Our food finally made it to the table after 25 to 30 minutes and the steaks and our sides were disgusting. The manger came to our table and asked "if everything was ok and were we enjoying our food". We told him the steak and the sides were gross and we also told him about how bad the service was with our waiter and the other waitress and all he said was " oh I'm so sorry" and we never saw the manager again after that. Like I said this place sucks now and I'll never come back to place again.

This was not a very good visit. Waited over an hour for our food. All of a sudden, when I wanted to cancel my order 5 minutes later, the food was coming out. Had to ask for lemons from the waitress at least 3 times. My daughter burger came out extremely pink when we asked for well done. When my food finally arrived, my veggies were cold. We come here at least twice, sometimes three times a month and I was very disappointed with this visit. It was my daughter birthday but I didn't want to waste any more time asking them to sing. The total time spent in the restaurant was almost 2 hours
