This is all for the manager. The manager, Ms Rachel, who is filling in at the location in Memphis until April 3rd WAS AMAAAZING. When we got there, we were waiting an hr for a table. When we got the table I could not fit bc I am 7 months preggo. When I asked the ladies at the front desk to change tables, they told me that my fam and I will have to wait another hr to be reseated. That's when I asked for a manager. She came up, told me that was false and insisted she take my order herself. She apologized too. Her service was awesome. Everything she brought out to the table was on point and we did not have any questions. She told us she was only in Memphis til the 3rd but after she will be back at her location which is here. I so hate that because she is what you call a manager. She didn't complain and never left us waiting. She will be missed and I hope to see her back. YALL GOT A GOOOOOOD MANAGER!!!

Haven’t visit this location cause but had to write a review about Ms Rachel. She was at the location in germantown in Memphis. She is the definition of a true manager, leader. Me and my wife went to the germantown location but due to my wife been pregnant there was not a table to accommodate our needs. Ms. Rachel got us a table and waited on us with no hesitation. What a amazing example of a manager. We will be driving to Jackson to eat at that location when she at work. What a wonderful experience
