Very slow service. The steaks were good, but the ribs were not. The mac n cheese had no cheese taste.
Parking: It s always busy in this area so parking may be an issue
I took my family that came to visit from out of state. We ordered 6 meals and one of the six was correct. The server never came to check on us. I had to flag someone that was bussing a table next to us to get our server. He didn't speak English so he ran to get someone that did. I then asked for our server and she came back about 15 minutes later. I explained that the steaks that did arrive were undercooked (Ordered med and med well. One was rare and one was med rare) none of the salads or baked potatoes came and my bone in ribeye never showed up. Another 20 minutes went buy and those that got their food were finished and I was still waiting for my food and the steaks that were sent back did not come back yet. Finally I went up to the bar and found our server again and asked for a manager. The manager showed up and was in my opinion unprofessional and said "Imma gonna go ahead and give you a coupon for your next visit." My family spoke up and said they were from out of state and he said "What we don't have any locations in NH?". When all is said and done, we spent almost two hours there and two people got to eat. The rest of us boxed up and one decided that he didn't want to eat at all after this experience. The manager then took off his steak and what turned out to be a 15% discount and said that it wasn't just us, that they had issues with the whole kitchen that night and startd naming off tables that also had issue with their meals. To me, this is telling me that he was a bad manager and could not get the staff to work as a team. Unfortunately, this is six people that will most likely never eat at another Texas Roadhouse again. I do have to say that I did eat my steak when I got home and it was a decent steak but because of the service, I won't be going back anytime soon.
The 2nd restaurant I've been to in this area with family where the food quality wasn't good at all. The good came out cold. Nowhere near even warm. Nothing really seemed to be prepared with any effort to make it memorable. I get the feeling that for the folks that had a good experience here who've enjoyed it, they'd lose their minds with how much better the Woodbridge Texas Roadhouse spot is. We had to wait almost an hour for our food. When my fiancé told the server the food was cold she was obviously concerned and very apologetic, and did try her best to make the visit much more pleasant but when the new plate of food came out it was brought to the wrong table and that point she just wanted to leave.
