Texas Roadhouse

We come here every other week or every weekend and they are usually awesome, but tonight’s service was terrible. Our waitress brought a steak out rare when I ordered well done, they proceeded to take the steak back to grill that I had used my used fork on, I understand the grill is set to certain temp, but still gross. Another guest at my table, his order was wrong and they never brought his correct order back out. The waitress extremely rude about it and so was the cook.

Almost always a great experience. Great food. Good for a table of friends to have a good time.

Good service despite being packed, both times I've been here. Food is cheaper and MUCH higher quality than other franchise steakhouses and I will die on that hill.
